Courtney works as a Registered Dietitian in Los Angeles. Additionally, she works with a Board Certified Gastroenterologist, assessing and educating patients based on their individual nutritional needs. Courtney recently started her own private practice, Nutrition for Body and Mind, to provide the perfect solution for clients to reach optimal health. Courtney is also a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, with a noteworthy passion for sports nutrition, fitness, wellness and “food as medicine”. She is the chief author of House Call, MD’s fitness column, House Call MD TRAINER. Courtney has been involved in sports her entire life and continues to be an exercise activist, whose high energy level is often contagious. Courtney is excited to bring this enthusiasm and knowledge to The Divine Addiction to help our readers nourish their body and live a healthy life.
